Know a Potential Hall of Famer?

The NC Chapters (Eastern & Western) are accepting nominations for
deserving individuals/teams to be enshrined in the
North Carolina Lacrosse Hall of Fame

Do you know someone in the lacrosse community who practices positive sportsmanship on and off the field? Who has positive relations with peers, opponents, subordinates and supervisors within the game? Who excels at service within lacrosse development initiatives and service and honors within civic, community and military community? Nominate them for this year's NC Chapter Hall of Fame!

The NC Chapter is accepting nominations now until December 31, 2017.

Candidates must have demonstrated a wide vision of lacrosse that extends beyond an individual program or league or level, including touch points with multiple levels of play (ex. youth and HS) as well as multiple modalities of the sport (coaches, players, officials and parents/fans)

If you know a person or team who meets these criteria, consider nominating them today. The qualification form is available online through our website at http://www.uslacrossechapters.org/northcarolina/HallofFame/NominationForm.aspx. The qualification form can be completed online and emailed to or mailed to The North Carolina Chapter of US Lacrosse Hall of Fame, Nomination Submission Committee at PO Box 2254, Jamestown, NC. 27282. Forms are due by December 31, 2017; qualification forms received after that date will be considered for the next Hall of Fame class.

Focus on the individual coaching and the overall teams success. If your kids goal is to play in college you want to be on the best team playing in the best tournaments. This helps get exposure for your kid. If your kid is younger you want to place him with great coaches as well as a great team that is competitive with one another to help develop their skills. Being from the Charlotte area Team Carolina does a great job of coaching and exposing your kids to college coaches and developing player.

We had a good time at the beach again this year. Great weather, fun tournament. Lake Norman, Middle Creek, Cardinal Gibbons (missing some big guns on defense) all look good. LN won the championship beating MC. It is exactly what you would expect from fall ball. Some really good plays and some sloppy plays. I would not be shocked to see MC and LN play in another State championship game this year. Obviously, many teams missing some players in fall sports. Regardless, it is always a fun event.

Competing in the NCISAA 2 conference, the crusaders will return with more experience and strong athleticism.
